The plan is for City Breaks to visit major European cities two times per year for three or four nights. City Breakers will be given dates and travel arrangements about two months in advance and it will be their responsibility to book flights, hotel accommodation, and travel insurance.

A daily itinerary and city guide will be suggested but City Breakers will of course be free to do their own thing, perhaps meeting each evening for dinner.
